Who the F is FerreRisky ?
Being a newbreed DJ in Jakarta, FERRE’s name came out to the scene just as he failed to reach the semifinalist of Heineken Thirst Studio 2006 as a Live PA group called 'Thousand Sounds'. Inspired by his idolized DJ Ferry Corsten & Innerlight , FERRE offers a unique blend of pumping Electro,Tech and Tribal yet sometimes a deep Epic feel into his Trance mixings.Within his first year carreer he has played aside international name such as Eric Entrena ( Toro Rec.Spain / Space Club Ibiza ) and meet in face with world names like Abel Ramos (Spain),Ame (Germany), Tarkan and V-Sag (Turkey). Tried to be a-bit-but-not-so different from others with 'Hard Disc Jockey' as his mixing concept , in which he oftenly uses a Laptop and a MIDI controller as a mixing platform besides any usual DJ Equipment,This has been a signature for his performances until now, that is because FERRE believes that the world of DJing has entered a digital era and this will be popularized soon amongst DJs in Indonesia.
Following his college major at Multimedia & Graphic, at the end of 2007 FERRE had fallen in love with the art of Visual Jockey, and soon introduced himself to the scene as a DVJ ( Disc & Visual Jockey) with the helps and inspiration from his fellow VJ FlickerScreen . FERRE is well known for his taste for colourful,futuristic and fresh self-produced and remixed footages that will surely be able to hypnotize anyone who watch his performance on the screen.
